The Contract of Enhancement & Maintenance for AntOptima products guarantees to the customer a high availability in the problems solving, an immediate reply to the requests and a priority in the interventions. AntOptima makes available to its customers a unique referent, plus on-site interventions and support to the enhancement and improvement activity.

According to the contract the customer receives:

- Support maintenance: corrective maintenance, technical support, assistance and system restoration
within 24 hours.
- New release: access to the new release of the product
- Enhancement activity: test and enhancement personalized of the product
